Rd. 30-A and only 150 yards to direct beach access. As you enter, you will be delighted with the beautiful decor and attention to detail. The ground floor includes the open great room that includes the living area with lots of seating, the adjoining kitchen with a long breakfast bar and the adjacent dining room. Off the dining room is a fully-furnished screen porch that leads to the private pool area. Also, on the ground floor is the master suite with a King bed and adjoining private bath. A separate half bath is just off the entry foyer. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a shared, pass-thru bath. Each bedroom is attractively decorated and can comfortably accommodate an adult couple or a couple of children. A large, covered wrap-around porch off the front of the house is perfect for relaxing in the evening in the fragrant breezes. The entire back yard is fully fenced and encloses a large private pool (13X26) for you to enjoy after a day at the beach. There is also lots of room around the pool for private sunbathing or for the kids to play. A grilling area is also provided. A long driveway ends at your private carport with covered parking for one car. There's room for 2 - 3 additional cars in the driveway. Close to shops and restaurants in nearby Seaside, Seagrove Beach and Rosemary Beach. Saturday to Saturday rental.
