Second floor features two wings consisting of two bedrooms/one bath each, a central bedroom with King bed and an adjoining bath plus a central family room with TV/Sitting area. An expansive great room that includes the living, dining and kitchen areas is found on the top floor and greets you with gleaming hardwood floors and unobstructed Gulf views from its wrap-around windows and deep,covered porches. A central island bar,large dining table plus several game/cafe tables provide seating for your special family gathering. Third floor also includes the grande master suite with a King, a private sitting area plus an adjoining bath with Jacuzzi. A gas fireplace in the great room makes for cozy visits in the winter, too. A computer area with hi-speed internet connection and a laundry area is located off the great room. TV/DVDs throughout. Use of private elevator with prior approval from management only. Private, locked gate next to pool area leads to beach access just 100 yards from your door. Ample parking. Close to nearby shops, dining and paved bike path. Pool heated - additional fee required. Saturday to Saturday rental. (Great home for special functions,weddings,etc.- event fee required.
