Remaining bedrooms/baths and central study upstairs with doors from every room leading out to the wide, second floor porch. Paved sidewalks take you directly to the large, community pool and private beach access, approximately 150 yards away. Close to bike path, shops and restaurants. Parking for 3 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental. (Winter holidays rent weekly only.)
