"A Palm in the Sky" - the main house and "A Palmetto for Two" - the carriage house are both tropically decorated with many extras to delight you, including many original works of art and many creative architectural details. The main house features two pergola porches, a cozy living area with lots of seating, a large combination kitchen/dining room and a half bath on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a centrally located sleeping alcove with pergola-style top and columns, privacy curtains and a wall of south-facing windows enclosing two twin beds plus two comparable master bedrooms at opposite ends of the second floor. Each master bedroom has a Queen bed - one with an adjoining bath and the other, larger room with a full bath right across the hall and access to a private balcony with gulf views. The top floor, tower bedroom - the highest spot in Sunrise Beach - includes two Twin beds and a private balcony with VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS! The private carriage house (A Palmetto in the Sky) includes a pergola porch, living/dining room and fully-equipped galley kitchen, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bath with walk-in shower and a private balcony with great gulf views. Both buildings feature TVs,DVDs,VCRs throughout plus WIRELESS, HI-SPEED INTERNET. Easy, private beach access, just 75 yards from your door. Relax beside your private, fenced-in pool (12X20) when not at the beach. Outdoor showers and grilling areas for both buildings. Walk to nearby Gulf Place to enjoy the shops, restaurants and special activities. Easy parking for 4 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental.
