Off the entry foyer is a guest room with double-door entrance, attractive bay window area and a Queen bed situated in a colorful surrounding. A large hall bath is conveniently located in adjacent hallway. At the opposite end of hallway, you will enter the spacious great room that includes a large living area, dining room and upscale kitchen with breakfast bar and built-in desk area. The doorway off the dining/living room leads to the private pool area facing secluded Grayton Trail allowing lots of privacy while enjoying the pool or sunbathing. Pool area and back yard is completely fenced for your safety and includes a wooden deck and grilling area. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor and include the large master suite with a King bed, a sitting area in the bay window alcove and adjoining private bath with clawfoot tub, walk-in shower and two separate pedestal sinks. Also, located on this floor is another Queen bedroom suite with private bath and a kid's room with 2 sets of Twin bunks and its own private bath. Cable TV, WIRELESS HI-SPEED INTERNET, TVs and DVDs for your convenience. Enjoy a pleasant stroll through this quaint community to the beach and to local shops and dining. Parking for 4 cars.
